All About the Bejeweled Game
Do I really play the Bejeweled game just for the soundtrack? And who is
this guy Skaven, who composed the enchanting Bejeweled music? And why does
he only have one name?
You may find the Bejeweled game's soundtrack can be mesmerizing at times.
Let me confess something: When I play Bejeweled, at times I'll have other computer
work to do and I let the game stay in the background with the Bejeweled game
music playing.
That's right - I just let it run for the music. (How weird is that?)
How can I describe it? The Bejeweled game soundtrack is at various times
dramatic, haunting and sometimes even a bit creepy or scary. Always fascinating,
though. As I'm writing these very words, it's playing in the background right now.
Sample the music for yourself - it may sound crazy, but try it. Fire up the Bejeweled
game and let the music run, even if you just pause the game in the background.
Instructions for playing the Bejeweled game
Swap adjacent gems to create rows of 3, 4 or more identical gemstones in a
row. The gemstones forming a row will disappear, awarding you points, and new gems
will drop down from above into those open spots. Bejeweled game hint: Fill
up the Bejeweled Bonus Bar at the bottom of the screen to proceed to the
next level where all your matches earn a higher Bejeweled score! (How far can you go?) Learn about scoring with
our Bejeweled Scoring Guide
Bejeweled Timetrial
This mode will test your Bejeweled game skills to their limit! Create
matches as fast as you can, because the timer is always ticking down... when it hits zero,
GAME OVER! Fill the Bejeweled Timer Bar to go to the next level (and the next point
multiplier)! Bejeweled game hint: Press any key to pause the game
Bejeweled Cascades
You'll get extra points in the Bejeweled game for creating chain reactions
or 'cascades' of two or more sets. Bejeweled game hint: You also get even more bonus
points for creating rows of 4 or 5 gems, and for completing two or more rows simultaneously.
Bejeweled Controls
It's easy! Just click on a gem to select it, then click on another adjacent
gem to swap them. You must make a set of 3 or more identical gems with each move,
though! Bejeweled game hint: You can also swap gems by just clicking and dragging a
specific stone.
